Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WeHostDatabase (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

WeHostDatabase provides managed PostgreSQL and MySQL database hosting. We provision, operate, and maintain the underlying infrastructure so you can run production databases without managing servers yourself. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and billing information.
• Keep your password and API credentials secure.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Store or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

You retain all rights to the data you store using the Service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, back up, and operate your databases on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service.

We strive to keep the Service available and perform automated backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Any applicable uptime commitments are set out in your plan or a separate service level agreement.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeHostDatabase will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
